Show Day Box Office Hours:
Open: 60 minutes before showtime
Close: 30 minutes after show starts
Missed Performances: Please double-check show dates and times. Missed shows cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
Getting Your Tickets:
- Mobile Tickets: Online purchases will email you a confirmation as well as mobile tickets. You may request printed tickets at the Box Office Will Call one hour before showtime.
- Printed Tickets: Tickets are printed when purchased in person.
Ticketing Fees:
All tickets sold are subject to service fees. Service fees are the same for all types of sale – in person and online.
1. Preservation Fund Fee
There is a per-ticket Preservation Fund Fee charged on tickets for events at the Murray Theater. These fees are used for ongoing capital improvements and preservation of the Murray Theater.
- $1 per ticket (events $15 or less)
- $2 per ticket (events over $15.01)
2. Showpass Service Fee
- $0.50 per ticket on all events priced at $0.01 – 2.49
- $1.00 per ticket on all events priced at $2.50 – 4.99
- $2.00 per ticket on all events priced at $5.00 or more
- 2.7% Credit Card Processing Fee
3. Sales Tax
- Utah State tax (7.65%) is included in all ticket prices

Age Guidelines:
- Children age 2 and under are free unless they require a seat
- Children 3-11 require either a General Admission ticket or Child ticket (depending on performance)
- Adults age 12-62 require either a General Admission ticket or Adult ticket (depending on performance)
- Seniors age 63+ require either a General Admission ticket, Adult ticket, or Senior ticket (depending on performance)
Cancelations:
In the rare event that we need to cancel a performance, you’ll have the option to:
- Reschedule for another date or performance of equal or lesser value
- Donate your tickets to support the theater, or
- Receive a refund
