We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before showtime to allow for parking, ticketing, and seating.

Theater Policies

For a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, performers, and staff, the Murray Theater kindly asks patrons to observe the following policies:

Ticketing & Entry

All patrons must present a valid ticket for entry.
Tickets are only valid for the date and time printed and are non-transferable or refundable.
Any promo deals or discounts cannot be used on previously purchased tickets.
Late arrivals may be asked to wait for an appropriate break in the performance to be seated.
Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

Photography & Recording

The use of cameras, audio, or video recording devices is prohibited unless specifically allowed for a performance.
Flash photography is never permitted, as it can be distracting or dangerous to performers and guests.

Cell Phones & Electronics

Please silence all cell phones and electronic devices before the performance begins.
Texting or screen use during performances is strongly discouraged as it affects the viewing experience of others.

Bags, Strollers & Personal Items

Large bags and strollers are not permitted inside the seating area.
All personal items are subject to search upon entry.
The Murray Theater is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Smoking, Vaping & Alcohol

Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the theater and within 25 feet of all entrances.
Outside food, beverages, and alcohol are not permitted unless sold at or approved by the venue.

Behavior & Conduct

Disruptive behavior, including excessive noise, intoxication, or harassment, will not be tolerated.
Guests may be asked to leave without refund if behavior negatively impacts the experience of others.

Accessibility

ADA seating and accommodations are available. Please contact the theater in advance for arrangements.
Service animals are permitted in compliance with ADA guidelines.

Re-Entry

Re-entry may not be allowed once a performance has begun. Please plan accordingly.
